Any pending winding up proceedings revealed against a Company at the Companies Court. (Central Index of Winding Up Petitions). Results are guaranteed the same day. These can take anywhere between 1-4 hrs. Order between Monday to Friday 10am - 3.30pm. If after 3.30pm use our expedited service.

 Expedited Winding Up Search - £25 + VAT = £30 (Result within 30mins)

This expedited service guarantees a result of within 30 mins of the order between 10am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The search reveals any pending winding up proceedings against a Company at the Companies Court (Central Index of Winding Up Petitions). 

Registered Office    £15 + VAT = £18

 To include correct title and style and details of any winding up, liquidation, striking off or receivership etc on file at Companies House.

Conveyancing Search    £23 + VAT = £27.60

To include all fixed and floating charges, debentures etc. which could affect the Property; details of any winding up liquidation, striking off or receivership and that the Company has the power to deal in property

Full Company Search without Accounts £26 + VAT = £31.20

To include company officers, shareholders and their addresses, Persons of Significant Control register, share structure, registered office, main objects, Company Number, date of incorporation, any liquidation, striking off or receiverships, date of last annual return and accounts, changes of name and outstanding charges

Industrial & Provident/Friendly Society Searches - £40 + VAT = £48

Records are held by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Most records are now available but in some cases we may need to visit the offices to view a Company file. 

Ultimate Beneficial Owner Search - £21 + VAT = £25.20

To comply with new European anti-money laundering legislation. This report shows Persons of Significant Control, Directors, last accounts and where shown shareholders in the Company .
