Our company formations take roughly 2-3 days although we can offer a same day service for an additional £25 + VAT + £33 disb = £63

The quickest and paper free way to form your new company. With this package you'll get an electronic copy in PDF of the Memorandum and Articles and Certificate of Incorporation. Re-write of Memorandum and Articles of Association, Share Restructuring, Resolutions, change of name and filing.

Please call if you require your current Memorandum and Articles to be updated to the latest Companies Act or you need a complete re-write. We also deal with share restructuring, new resolutions and filing of documents at Companies House.

Administrative Restoration

If your company has been struck off for not filing Accounts or CS01 and it's not been more than six years ago we can help with restoration of the company.

Our Fee is £140 + VAT = £168 inc
RT01 Form submission = £468 (no vat)
Bona Vacantia Waiver Letter = £64 (no vat)

In addition there will be penalty fees for late accounts

(These can be doubled if 2 years or more of accounts are late)

Plus filing fees of £62 per CS01 not filed.
